Liquor Store Clothing
We were asked to recreate the feel of a trendy, upmarket clothing store online, and to make it sell.

The brief
Increase online sales without losing the shop.
Generate more online orders while keeping the upmarket feel of shopping in the store itself.
Most of the work is behind the scenes. How does the owner upload new stock? How do stock levels stay right when staff pick and pack from the shop floor? How does any of it talk to the till? Knowing the problems in the discovery phase meant we could pick the right answers in the next.

The solution
A Shopify store that talks to the tills.
A bespoke API links Shopify to the store’s existing stock control. Sell a jacket in the shop and it leaves the website. Sell one online and the till knows.

Key features
Bringing the in-store experience online.
We do not work alone. With a multimedia specialist and a marketing specialist we produced interactive video guides to buying denim, so customers get the shop-floor advice from their sofa.
A denim finder asks a short series of questions tied to those guides, then filters thousands of products down to a refined shortlist that suits the person answering.

“Now, with the right website, I’m able to do proper marketing across social media and Google Ads, knowing that conversions will happen and sales will be made.”
