Apps, products and prints, made in Staffordshire.
Hoome is a small studio in Lichfield. We design and build mobile and web products for clients, and increasingly for ourselves: a golf companion, a football alarm clock, a walking game about ducks, a shelf of cosy games and a print shop for people who love their ground.

Football Alarm Clock
Wake up to your club. On silent.
A gentle alarm that follows your club. It rings through the mute switch, wakes you before kick-off on matchdays, reads Saturday’s result on your lock screen, and lets you send a mate the scoreline as their alarm with your voice note attached.
- 104
- clubs across the Premier League, EFL and Scottish Premiership
- 6
- gentle wake sounds, composed in-house
- 15s
- voice notes to rub a result in
- Free
- to use, with rival wake-ups as a one-off
Our game · Live on the App Store and Google Play
Duckabout
There’s a duck around the corner. Walk your town. Befriend ducks.
Ducks appear on a live map of wherever you are and refresh every fifteen minutes. Walk to one, meet it through your camera, flick some bread, and it joins your Pond Book. Real parks, ponds and canals hand out bread and eggs, and eggs hatch as you walk. Free, no adverts, and nothing leaves your phone.
- 16
- species, from the Mallard to a Golden Duck hardly anyone has met
- 15 min
- between spawns, so the walk to the shops is never the same twice
- 0
- adverts, servers or accounts. Everything happens on your phone

Our game · Live on Google Play, iPhone to follow
Fudge & Fizz
Nana Ivy's sweet shop, reopened. Weigh it, boil it, letter it, wrap it.
Reopen Nana Ivy's sweet shop on the front at Saltmarsh Bay. Weigh pick 'n' mix against a needle, boil fudge into the soft-ball window, letter seaside rock with a fingertip, and work out what people mean when they ask for something that fizzes like the sea. Free, with no energy wall.
- 6
- crafts to learn, from pick 'n' mix by weight to tempered chocolate boxes
- 30
- story days in Chapter 1, then the shop stays open
- 90
- customers in Saltmarsh Bay, and every one orders their own way

Our games
Six cosy games, one sticker sheet.
Pocket-sized, one thumb, a minute at a time. Drawn by the same tools, so a teapot, a hen and a gnome all look like they came from one sheet. Each one written twice, natively, for iPhone and Android. Free with gentle ads, or £2.99 once to remove them.

Crumb & Kettle
A cosy café game where every shift is a sixty-second cup of tea.

Pip & Trowel
A cosy garden that keeps growing while your phone is in your pocket.

Not Your Eggs
A cosy reflex game about a broody hen who has decided, firmly, that nobody is taking her eggs.

Post & Parcel
A cosy post office game where every shift is over before the van leaves.

Wool & Whistle
A cosy herding puzzle about a collie, a wandering flock, and the oldest trick on the hill.

Clue & Cuppa
A cosy village crossword: swipe a ring of letters to fill a mini grid before the tea goes cold.

Four steps we have run since 2013, on apps for global brands and on our own products. The steps stay the same. How long each takes depends on you.
- 01
Define
We agree what the project is for, what it must do, what it can cost and how we will know it worked. Everything else flexes around that.
- 02
Design
The visible design and the product design underneath it get equal weight. We work on both at once so it looks right and works right.
- 03
Refine
You see work early and often. Reviews are built into the schedule, not bolted on the end.
- 04
Deliver
We test against what we defined, ship it, and stay around for the first weeks when real people start using it.
Data-informed designers, since 2013.
A small studio led by Cameron, bringing in trusted collaborators when a project needs more hands. We have built for global brands and inspiring start-ups, and lately for ourselves.
UK App Awards 2022 nominee.
